Standard Cancellation Policy
For standard reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund.
Cancellation Timeframes
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund available
Special Event Periods
During peak seasons and special events, different cancellation policies may apply:
- Peak Season (July-August): 72 hours notice required
- Holiday Periods: 7 days notice required
- Special Events: Custom policies will be communicated at booking
Group Bookings
For group bookings (5 or more rooms):
- 14 days notice required for full refund
- 7-13 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund available
